Three Phase Approach

No two platform consulting engagements are alike as we strive to align our services with the unique needs of our clients.  Generally, however, our engagements have followed a similar three phase approach:

Discovery

We will spend the necessary time to understand your objectives and to document your current processes which may be affected by the proposed solutions.

Solutions Proposal

Based on what we learn, we will prepare and present a document that illustrates the solutions available along with the risks and benefits associated with each.  Based on your input, we will engage the necessary product and service providers to negotiate contracts and develop an action plan with detailed milestones for executing your desired solution.

Implementation

Your ICA consultants will remain engaged throughout the implementation of your solution to assist with project management and operational transitions.  We will track results and continue to partner with you until the expected outcome is achieved.
